Abstract
Judul penelitian ini adalah Strategi Komunikasi PT Pertamina RU VI Balongan Melalui CSR Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari pembuatan program CSR ini untuk membuat persepsi baik masyarakat terhadap perusahaan Pertamina. Persepsi baik dari masyarakat merupakan sebuah asset untuk perusahaan agar tetap berjalan. Tujuan disusunnya dari skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasinya dalam membentuk program CSR dalam membangun hubungan baik dengan masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan komunikasi dan manajemen komunikasi sehingga implementasi program CSR mencapai suatu tujuan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif dengan mengetahui secara mendalam dalam permasalahan dengan menggunakan teori strategi komunikasi untuk mengetahui perencanaan komunikasi dan manajemen komunikasi untuk menghasilkan program CSR. Dari hasil penelitian ini perencanaan komunikasi dan manajemen komunikasi dapat mengimplementasi program CSR. Program CSR yang konsistenpun mengubah persepsi masyarakat terhadap sebuah perusahaan dan membangun komunikasi yang baik sehingga masyarakat merasa diperhatikan atas kebutuhan dan masalah yang terjadi di lapangan.
