Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmemperolehbuktiempirismengenaipengaruhpelatihan, kompetensidanmotivasiterhadapkepuasankerjadanimplikasinyaterhadapkinerjapegawaiUniversitas Islam NegeriSunanGunungDjati Bandung. Hasilpenelitiandiharapkandapatmemberikankonstribusidalampengembanganilmumanajemenkhususnyamanajemensumberdayamanusiadanperilakuorganisasi. Bagiuniversitassejenismaupunpraktisi, diharapkanhasilpenelitianinidapatmemberikaninformasi yang bergunatentangpentingnyaperanpelatihan, kompetensidanmotivasiterhadapkepuasankerjauntukmeningkatkankinerjapegawai. Penelitianini di lakukanpadaUniversitas Islam NegeriSunanGunungDjati Bandung. Metodepenelitian yang digunakanadalahmetodesurveydenganpendekatanpenelitiankuantitatif. SedangkantipepenelitiannyamenggunakanteknikmultivariatStructural Equation Modeling (SEM). Software yang digunakanuntukmengolah data adalahLisrel 9,1versistuden. Hasilpengujianpenelitianditemukanadanyapengaruh yang signifikanantarapelatihandengankepuasankerjapegawai,pengaruhantarakompetensidankepuasankerjapegawaiberpengaruhsignifikanpositif, pengaruhantaramotivasidankepuasankerjaberpengaruhsignifikandankuatpositif, selanjutnyahubunganantarapelatihan, kompetensidanmotivasiterhadapkepuasankerjasecarasimultanterlihatdariSquared Multiple Correlations for Structural Equationsberpengaruhsignifikandankuatpositifsertahubunganantarakepuasankerjadankinerjapegawaidi Universitas Islam NegeriSunanGunungDjati Bandung mempunyaipengaruh yang signifikanterhadapkinerja. Kata Kunci :Pelatihan, Kompetensi, Motivasi, KepuasanKerjadanKinerja ABSTRAC This study aimed to get empirical evidence about the effect of training, competence and motivation on job satisfaction and its implications on the performance of employees of the State Islamic University SunanGunungDjati Bandung. The results are expected to contribute in the development of management science, especially human resource management and organizational behavior. For similar universities and practitioners, the expected results of this study can provide useful information about the importance of the role of training, competence and motivation to job satisfaction to improve employee performance. This research was conducted at the State Islamic University SunanGunungDjati Bandung. The method used is survey method with quantitative research approach. While the types of research using multivariate techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Software used to process data is lisrelstuden version 9.1. The test results of the research found there is significant between training and employee satisfaction, influence between competence and job satisfaction have a significant effect positive influence between motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect and strong positive, then the relationship between training, competence and motivation towards job satisfaction simultaneously visible from the Squared Multiple Correlations for Structural Equations significant influence and a strong and positive relationship between job satisfaction and performance of employees at the State Islamic University SunanGunungDjati Bandung has a significant influence on performance.
