Abstract
ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Baraya Travel (Surapati) Bandung. This study consisted of 3 (three) variables, namely the Professionalism variable (X1), and Organizational Commitment (X2) as the independent variable and the Employee Performance variable (Y) as the dependent variable. This study aims to determine the effect of each variable, namely professionalism and organizational commitment to employee performance either partially or simultaneously. In this research, the method used is descriptive and verification methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination coefficient analysis and partial determination coefficient analysis using SPSS version 23. The total population is 50 people, of which 50 people became respondents in this study. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The results showed that the influence of Professionalism and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at Baraya Travel (Surpati) Bandung simultaneously and partially was 53.5% with details of the effect of Professionalism on Employee Performance by 17.6% and the influence of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of 35, 9%, while the rest is influenced by other factors not included in this research model.
