Abstract

The underlying question in this research is employee productivity Department of Agriculture and Food Security Banjar low. It is thought to be caused by aspects of working ability has not run optimally by the Department of Agriculture and Food Security Banjar. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. Is descriptive research to obtain a general picture of the object to be examined based on the real situation happening on the ground in accordance with its objectives. Respondents were taken from perpetrators in this study, so that it can give an accurate answer. Thus in addition to describing the portrait of the object being studied, also describes the relationships of the variables, test hypotheses, make predictions and implications. Based on the research method, the description of each of the variables that tested both variables through a quantitative approach. Based on the analysis of test contribution simultaneous effect, suggesting that the ability to work very large and significant impact on employee productivity by 86.1%. This means that the ability to work can determine the achievement of optimal employee productivity in the Department of Agriculture and Food Security Banjar. In addition to the ability to work, labor productivity is also influenced by other factors not examined in this penelittan called epsilon factor of 13.9%. Partially workability consisting of aspects of proficiency kerja (19.1%), job skills (13.0%), physical health (4.6%), work environment (10.8%) and responsibility (38.6% ) strong and significant effect on employee productivity. Aspects of the biggest responsibilities is an aspect that affects work productivity. While the physical health aspect is the aspect that most small influence on labor productivity in the Department of Agriculture and Food Security Banjar.
