Abstract
The spatial planning policy for the regions, including for Majalengka Regency is a very strategic policy, because this policy not only regulates spatial allocation, but also regulates environmental control and preservation, licensing, and investment. One of the problems that is still an obstacle related to this policy is the ineffectiveness of synchronization between various stakeholders in translating spatial planning policies, giving rise to misperceptions in understanding the essence of these policies, both related to spatial planning, implementation, monitoring and control of spatial use. This is what then inspires the importance of optimizing the socialization of spatial planning policies so that all stakeholders can increase their knowledge about spatial planning, foster understanding and responsibility of the community in implementing spatial planning. In addition, all stakeholders are also expected to be able to participate in carrying out the development in accordance with the established spatial planning goals. Thus, it is hoped that the problems regarding spatial planning and investment activities in Majalengka Regency can be synchronized. Keywords: Socialization, Policy, Spatial Planning.
