Abstract

The title of this study is "The Used Of Terminologies in the MICE Department At PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi Integra". The purpose of this study is to find out the knowledge or understanding of English terminology in mice department, the author feels the importance of English Terminology in general knowledge, especially in MICE, which many words contain Terminology to simplify their work. Not only other departments that use a lot of terminology, especially mice departments also use it, for example in the Event and Meeting lists. In this study, the authors collected data using observation, study documentation and interview, data obtained from PT. Angkasa Pura Integra solutions such as meeting packages, meeting rooms, and types of events. The author analyzes the data using qualitative methods. After analyzing the study the author collected 35 English terminology in the MICE department of PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi Integra. Where each word is explained using the author's dictionary and understanding guide, then the author also conducts an interview with MICE PT staff. Angkasa Pura Solusi Integra to analyze their understanding of MICE English terminology that they often use daily. the results of the interview obtained, the author suggested that English needs to be studied in more detail, especially English terminology in the MICE Department.
