Actualizing vision and misson effort needful strategic and systematic streps to achieve objective and goal which become commitment and agreement of all society component (stakeholder) to anticipating district development need, in five year periode accord with tenure and period Bupati and Wakil Bupati Sumedang choosen wichh is 2008-2009 period, so the aligment must done participative with involving all development subtance subject.
