Abstract

This study is entitled The Analysis of English Lesson Planning Compatibility Level with 2013 Curriculum Standard (A Study towards English Lesson Plannings of Lembang 1 Senior High School Academic Year 2019-2020). The problems behind this study are a lot of teachers do not fully understand the substance of curriculum, that reason has caused the lack of 2013 curriculum mastery among teachers especially when it comes to design lesson planning and teaching equipments. The other problem is the implementation of 2013 training did not equally conduct to all teachers in Indonesia, as the result teachers do not ready to implement 2013 curriculum, hence teachers will tend to misundestand soomething and make error, specifically in making lesson planning and teaching equipments. This study is conducted by analyzing two lesson plannings made by English teachers of 11th grade and 12th grade of Lembang 1 Senior High School. The main objectives of this study are to find out the structures of the lesson plannings and to know the the teaching equipments that are attached on the lesson plannings. The researcher uses qualitative method in analyzing the data. The instrument that the researcher used in conducting this study is data analysis. Based on the result of the lesson plannings analysis, the researcher finds that both of the teachers have tried their best to arrange their lesson plannings in accordance to what is required by 2013 curriculum. Besides, the researcher still finds some discrepancies on the lesson plannings related to the structures of the lesson plannings and the teaching equipments.
