Abstract

This study is entitled "MARKETING COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES FOR OFFICE TO OFFICE I RADIO BANDUNG". Marketing communication is an effort made to inform,persuade, remind or convey to the public about the existence of products and services that are sold and circulated in the market so that they are known, purchased and then become customers.Marketing communication plays a very important role for marketers. The purpose of this study as a preliminary examination for the bachelor program (S1) of th e Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Pasundan University, Bandung, Department of Communication Studies, Public Relations Concentration and other objectives of this research is to find out the communication planning of the office to office I Radio Fm Bandung program. To find out the execution of office to office media program I Radio Fm Bandung. To find out the evaluation of office program to office I Radio Fm Bandung. The method used by the writer is descriptive qualitative research method which prioritizes in-depth research, and uses marketing communication theory in order to find out what kind of planning, media execution and evaluation of the office to office program I Radio Fm Bandung. The results of this study entitled "MARKETING COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES FOR OFFICE TO OFFICE I RADIO BANDUNG" are so many meanings and messages in them. The results of this study are marketing communication strategies can be an effective means to enhance the brand of a radio. Marketing communication is in direct contact with consumers as well as connecting voice and desire of the company with the aim of building good relations with consumers. The suggestion from the writer here is that I Radio FM Bandung should be more selective about the selection of employees or staff, especially in the marketing communications department, because during the process of implementing this office-to-office program marketing communication in conducting follow-up is less able to master how to communicate effectively so that many candidates clients or consumers who are hesitant to enter into a contractual cooperation with I Radio fm Bandung.
