Abstract

This study aims to obtain data and describe information clearly about the influence of organizational behavior on the performance of employees of the Bandung City Spatial Planning Office. Trying to develop information and apply data on the influence of organizational behavior on the performance of employees of the Bandung City Spatial Planning Office. This research uses quantitative survey research methods. Quantitative research seeks to describe a deductively. The collected data is arranged systematically which describes the facts at the time the research took place, then the facts are explained and then analyzed according to the existing theory so that it can be used to test the truth or the data is processed and analyzed and conclusions can be drawn so that a scientific work can be prepared. This requires data collection techniques by interviewing resource persons and conducting direct observations to the Bandung City Spatial Planning Office and questionnaire using a sampling technique that was distributed to 47 respondents in the Bandung City Spatial Planning Office. After the various types of data are collected, the next step is to analyze the data. Because the researcher takes the title of influence, the validity test, reliability test and regression test are applied in the process of analyzing the data. The Results of the Influence of Organizational Behavior on the Performance of Employees of the Bandung City Spatial Planning Department are 49.2% with epsilon level of 50.8% and it can be said that organizational behavior has an influence on employee performance. The conclusions that the Effect of Organizational Behavior on the Performance of Employees of the City Spatial Planning Office of Bandung has a positive effect, meaning that if Organizational Behavior in accordance with the principles of organizational behavior will increase the Performance of Bandung City Spatial Planning Staff. It can be said that the influence of organizational behavior on the performance of Bandung City Spatial Planning staff has moderate / moderate relations. Suggestions that can be taken into consideration to achieve better results, namely the Head of Service more often conducts training and education with relevant agencies and must be active in supervising directly with their employees.
