Abstract

ABSTRAK Kecamatan Cibogo merupakan salah satu kecamatan di wilayah Kabupaten Subang yang memiliki perkembangan industri selama kurun waktu tahun 2008-2012. Kehadiran industri memberikan dampak, baik yang bersifat negatif maupun positif terhadap pemanfaatan lahan di sekitarnya. Perubahan tersebut dapat berupa perubahan fisik dan non fisik. Perubahan fisik dapat dilihat dari pertumbuhan lahan tak terbangun menjadi terbangun yang merupakan indikasi adanya pengaruh dari kegiatan ekstensifikasi perkembangan kota/wilayah Kabupaten Subang. Sedangkan perubahan non fisik dapat dilihat dari pertumbuhan penduduk dan pertumbuhan aktifitas perekonomian (mata pencaharian non agraris). Untuk itu diperlukan suatu kajian untuk melihat bagaimana terbentuknya perubahan penggunaan lahan dan seberapa besar pengaruh perkembangan industri terhadap perubahan penggunaan lahan di Kecamatan Cibogo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dampak perkembangan industri terhadap perubahan penggunaan lahan di wilayah Kecamatan Cibogo Kabupaten Subang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil survei, dan data sekunder berupa data time series selama 5 tahun terakhir, serta data-data yang berbentuk peta. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis spasial dengan tumpang tindih (overlay). Hasil analisis memperlihatkan perkembangan industri di wilayah Kecamatan Cibogo dari tahun 2008-2012 mengalami penambahan jumlah industri sebesar 8 unit, pada tahun 2008 berjumlah 1 unit, pada tahun 2012 mengalami kenaikan jumlah industri besar-sedang dengan jumlah 9 (sembilan) unit. Perkembangan industri juga mempengaruhi penggunaan lahan, yang berubah dari lahan non terbangun menjadi lahan terbangun akibat dampak dari industri. Perubahan penggunaan lahan banyak terjadi di jalur menuju kawasan industri atau sepanjang jalur Cinangsi-Cikamurang, sedangkan jalan yang tidak menghubungkan kawasan industri tidak banyak mengalami perubahan. Kata Kunci : industri, perkembangan industri, perubahan penggunaan lahan. ABSTRACT Subdistrict Cibogo is one of the districts in Subang district which has industrial development during the period 2008-2012. The presence of industry impact, either negatively or positively on the surrounding land use. Such changes may include changes in physical and non-physical. Physical changes can be seen from land growth was awakened being woken which is indicative of the effect of extending the activities of urban development / Subang district. While the non-physical changes can be seen from the growth of population and economic activity growth (non-agricultural livelihood). For that we need a study to see how the creation of land-use change and how much influence the development of the industry to changes in land use in the District Cibogo. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of industrial development on land use change in the District Cibogo Subang. The approach used in this research is quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data used is primary data obtained from the survey and secondary data in the form of time series data for the past 5 years, and the data in the form of a map. The data were analyzed with descriptive analysis and spatial analysis with the overlap (overlay). The results show the development of the industry in the District Cibogo from year 2008-2012 experiencing increasing number of industries by 8 units, in 2008 amounted to 1 unit, in 2012 increased the number of large industrial-being the number nine (9) units. Industrial development also affects land use, which changed from a non woke land into smaller plots due to the impact of the industry. Changes in land use much going on in the path towards the industrial area or along the path Cinangsi-Cikamurang, while not connecting road industrial area has not changed much.
