Abstract
KerupukGurandilGunungleutik business is located in Gunungleutik Village CiparayDistrct, and Bandung country. The man behind this business is Mr. DedeRuhiyat. KerupukGurandilGunungleutik has special flavor such as sweet and crunch with shape look like dice. This product is still limited selling that only spread in originate place and pasarMajalayawhich 15 km away from factory. This research uses balanced scorecard method.As a result there are two types of obtacles , firs interest internalaspect, this related to capital and limited market share. Second external problem consist of a few competitors who should work hand in hand. So that kerupukGunungleutik could have products diversification.
