Abstract
This research relied on a main problem that is Performance Low-Civil servant anticipated because of not yet run of dimension of Officer Discipline in an optimal fashion. This matter anticipated because of not yet run of dimension of Officer Discipline at Bidang Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Dinas Tata Ruang, Permukiman dan Kebersihan Kithupaten Subang. Approach in this research about Discipline of Officer and Officer Performance seen from Public Administration context by using dimension of Officer Discipline. Research Method used method of survey explanatory. This method used to explain the social phenomenon which in this case used to explain the phenomenon social which in this case used to check the influence of Officer Discipline (independent variable) what symbol by X to Officer Performance (dependent variable) what symbol with Y. This research use the quantitative analysis Method use Path Analysis what intended to know the besaran of influence of variable of Officer Discipline to Officer Performance at Bidang Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Dinas Tata Ruang, Permukiman dan Kebersihan Kabupaten Subang, either through simultan and also by partial. Result of research indicate that by simultan, influence of Officer Discipline (X) to Officer Performance (Y) 0,767 or 76,7%. From third dimension of Officer Discipline giving dominant influence by partial to Officer Performance that is Awareness dimension In Working (X2) have an effect on by significant to Officer Performance (Y) equal to 36,3%. As for other dissimilar variable influence (e) to Officer Performance (Y) equal to 0,233 or 23,3 %. While by partial, Influence of Officer Discipline (X) consisted of three dimension of Officer Discipline covering: Attendance dimension (Xl) have an effect on by significant to Officer Performance (Y) equal to 25,1%, Awareness dimension In Working (X2) have an effect on by significant to Officer Performance (Y) equal to 36,3% and Compliance dimension Regulation (X3) have an effect on by significant to Officer Performance (Y) equal to 15,3%. Key words: Performance ,Civil Servant, Discipline.
