Abstract
PT.Pupuk kujang adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang petrokimia, dengan mengolah bahan-bahan mentah tertentu menjadi bahan- bahan pokok yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan pupuk, dalam produksi pupuk tersebut seringkali mendapat kendala pada mesin produksi, contohnya seperti pompa sentrifugal between bearing 3003JA. Pompa sentrifugal between bearing 3003JA ini berfungsi untuk mendistribusikan air dari kolam (kolam 8) melalui pipa menuju water treatment dan unit utility K1A. Dalam perawatan dilakukan pengujian getaran yaitu pada setiap bearing housing. Alat yang digunakan untuk pengujian yaitu menggunakan Machinery Healt Analyzer (CSI 2130). Bantalan yang digunakan jenis Deep groove ball bearing SKF 6211-2Z.. Setelah dilakukan monitoring vibrasi pada pompa sentrifugal 3003JA pada bulan Januari 2015 sampai Desember 2015, terhitung setelah sebelas bulan pemakaian bearing terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada nilai velocity (13,6 mm/s) di point D (bearing outboard). Faktor penyebab kerusakan pada pompa yaitu kelonggaran pada cover bearing housing dan water pot terendam air, sehingga air masuk kedalam bearing housing yang mempengaruhi pada pelumasan bearing tersebut. Frekuensi akibat adanya cacat lokal, BPFI sebesar 352 Hz, BPFO sebesar 241 Hz, BSF sebesar 19 Hz, dan FTF sebesar 24 Hz. Umur bantalan berdasarkan perhitungan adalah 9895,14 jam operasi sedangkan secara aktual adalah 8640 jam operasi, dan bearing SKF 6211-2Z kehilangan 1255,14 jam operasi dari perhitungan bantalan tersebut. PT.Pupuk kujang is a company engaged in the field of petrochemicals, with the processing of certain raw materials into basic materials required in the manufacture of fertilizers, in the production of fertilizer is often under constraints on production machines, such as centrifugal pumps between bearing 3003JA. These centrifugal pumps between bearing to distribute the water from the pool (pool 8) via pipes leading water treatment and unit utility K1A. In the treatment of vibration testing is performed on each bearing housing. The tools used for testing that uses Machinery Health Analyzer (CSI 2130). Used bearings Deep groove ball bearing type SKF 6211-2Z .. After monitoring the vibrations in centrifugal pumps 3003JA in January 2015 until December 2015, after eleven months commencing use of bearing a significant increase in the value of velocity (13.6 mm / s) at point D (outboard bearings). Factors that cause damage to the pump bearing housing allowances on the cover and a water pot submerged in water, so the water gets into the bearing housing which affects on the bearing lubrication. Frequency due to localized defects, BPFI of 352 Hz, BPFO of 241 Hz, the BSF at 19 Hz, and the FTF at 24 Hz. Bearing life calculation is based on 9895.14 while the actual operating hours is 8640 hours of operation, and bearing SKF 6211-2Z loss of 1255.14 hours of operation of the bearing calculation.
