Abstract

This research based on main problem, that is the low of Employee Performace. This conditions is predicted because of has not yet implemented of Organizational Structuring Categories at Department of Health of Banjar City. Approach in this research about Organizational Structuring and Employee Performace from Public Policy and Public Administration as master theory to develop science area of public administration. Research method is explanatory survey descriptive. This method used to explain social phenomenon which in this case used to check influence of Organizational Structuring (X) as independent variable to Employee Performace (Y) as dependent variable. This research use quantitative analysis and Path Analysis as a Method to know value of influence of Organizational Structuring to Employee Performace at Department of Health of Banjar City either through simultan and also by parsial. Conclusion of this research that Organizational Structuring influential in positive and significance to Employee Performace at Department of Health of Banjar City. That accross the board Organizational Structuring has been executed and implemented according to Employee Performace factors.
