Abstract
This research based on main problem, that is the low of Employee Performace. This conditions is predicted because of has not implemented of Discipline of Work factors at Pataruman Subdistrict of Banjar. Approach in this research about Discipline of Work and Employee Performace from Public Policy and Public Administration as master theory to develop science area of public administration. Research method is explanatory survey descriptive. This method used to explain social phenomenon which in this case used to check influence of Discipline of Work (X) as independent variable to employee performace (Y) as dependent variable. This research use quantitative analysis and Path Analysis as a Method to know value of influence Discipline of Work variable to Employee Performace at Pataruman Subdistrict of Banjar either through simultan and also by parsial. Researcher can conclude that Discipline of Work influential in positive and significance to Employee Performace at Pataruman Subdistrict of Banjar. That accross the board Discipline of Work has been executed and implemented according to Employee Performace factors. Keywords: public administration, discipline of work, employee performance.
