Abstract
The paper entitled An Analysis of Employee Training Food and Beverage Service in B’leaf Café Banana Inn Bandung. It is written to be submitted to the English Department, Pasundan University, and Bandung in partial to fulfilment of the requirement of the final academic year. The content of the paper is discussed about employee training at B’leaf Café in Banana Inn is one of the famous hotel. In this research the writer used descriptive method because the result is described about the situation employee training. The data is taken from the result of interview and observation. The aim of this study is to anlyze the training program of B’leaf Café. The writer limited the problems with three research problems. There are to analyze the activities employee in B’leaf Café, the content of training and the influences of training program. Based on the research the activities of employee in banana inn is to give best served to guest with held training. The contents of training program are greeting, grooming, presenting item, body language and, etc. The influences of training program, the employee have a lot of opinion about training. They agree training in held in B’leaf Café to improve human resources.
