Abstract

The study was based on the following principal issues Employee participation is less oprtimal. For example, on each team whose members are in their respective areas of control in preparing periodic monitoring reports are still dependent on the Chairman Team. Task achievement is not optimal. The research method used is survey explanatory. This method is used to explain social phenomena which in this case is used to evaluate the effects of employee motivation (independent variables) symbolized by X on employee performance (the dependent variable) symbolized by Y. This study used quantitative analysis through the use of path analysis method (Path analysis) which is intended to determine the amount of variables influence employee motivation on employee performance Inspectorate Banjar The results showed that simultaneous, large Providing motivation variable influence to variable visible performance ρ2yx1.1x1.2x1.3x1.4 3x1.4x1.5 value of 0.935 or 93.5% pales Giving good motivation will have a positive impact, ie performance would also be good. partially principles of participation on the performance or ρYX1.1 amounted to 0,169. partially principles of communication on the performance or ρYX1.2 amounted to 0.062, partially principle recognizes the contribution apparatus subordinate to the performance or ρYX1.3 at 0.426. partially principle of delegation of authority (X1.4) on the performance or ρYX1.4 amounted to 0.211, partially principle attention (x1.5) on the performance or ρYX1.5 at 0.127. It was concluded that the administration of employee motivation significant effect on the performance of employees in the Inspectorate of Banjar. Thus the variable employee motivation is an important variable in improving the performance of the State Inspectorate Banjar
