Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Tangkuban Perahu Mountain Nature Tourism Park PT Graha Rani Putra Persada (GRPP) West Bandung Regency. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a sample size of 57 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The analysis method used is Method of Successive Internal (MSI) multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Tangkuban Perahu Mountain Nature Tourism Park PT Graha Rani Putra Persada (GRPP) West Bandung Regency simultaneously by 56.7%. Partially, the effect of work discipline on employee performance is 21.3% and the effect of the work environment on employee performance is 25%. So it can be concluded that the work environment has a greater influence on employee performance at the Tangkuban Perahu Mountain Nature Tourism Park PT Graha Rani Putra Persada (GRPP) West Bandung Regency.
