Abstract

ABSTRACT This research began with the discovery of problems in employee performance evaluations from 2021 to 2023 experiencing fluctuations. To see more clearly what problems occur at PT. Qintani caused by Punishment which was not strictly enforced and the lack of Rewards given by PT. Qintani Mustika Teknikindo.. In this research, researchers used qualitative data in the form of information such as a general description of the company and other information used to discuss the problem formulation. In this study, the population was 50 employees. Based on the results, there is a strong relationship related to punishment and reward. employee performance at PT. Qintani Mustika Teknikindo. Referring to the results of the coefficient of determination of 61%, it means that punishment and reward influence employee performance at PT. Qintani Mustika Teknikindo simultaneously at 61%.
