Abstract

The success of education at private universities accredited by institutions in Banten Province is very dependent on the quality of lecturers who are able to produce high lecturer performance. which in the end will be able to improve the performance of the institution's accredited Private University This study aims to determine and examine Adversity Qoutient, Work Environment and Motivation on Job Satisfaction and Its Implications for Lecturer Performance Moderated by Lecturer Allowances. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. In this study, the sample was lecturers who obtained certification with a sample of 300 lecturers. The method of analysis in this study uses SEM (Stractural Equetion Model) analysis. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence of Difficulty Intelligence, Work Environment and Motivation on Job Satisfaction with the magnitude of the effect of 75.58 percent, and there was a significant effect. of job satisfaction on Lecturer Performance with a magnitude of effect of 78.59 percent, and there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on Lecturer Performance Moderated by Lecturer Allowance with an effect of 80.89 percent Keywords : Adversity Qoutient, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction Motivation, Lecturer Performance, and Lecturer Allowance
