Abstract

Abstract: Based on the observations of researchers at the Bandung City Spatial Planning Service, the purpose is to find out the effect of the Civil Service Management Information System variable (SIMPEG) which includes system quality, information quality, usage, user satisfaction, individual impact, and organizational impact on the Quality of Administrative Services Bandung City Spatial Planning. The type of research that will be used in the context of writing this thesis is quantitative research with the main data source from the questionnaire. The sample used was 34 respondents. The sample selection method used is stratified random sampling. The analytical tool used is an analysis of Simple Linear Regression Test. This study obtained results that showed a significant influence between the variables of Civil Service Management Information System (SIMPEG) which included system quality, information quality, usage, user satisfaction, individual impact, and organizational impact on the Quality of Staff Administration Services in Bandung City Spatial Planning. That is, if there are differences in the independent variables influence on the dependent variable, the dimensions of system quality, information quality, usage, user satisfaction, individual impact, and organizational impact affect the Quality of Administrative Services at the Bandung City Spatial Planning Service. Then the following results are obtained, the effect of the Civil Service Management Information System on the Quality of Staff Administration Services in the Bandung City Spatial Planning Office, which is 0,700 with the epsilon level of 0,051 and it can be said that the Employee Management Information System has an influence on the Quality of Administrative Services. Thus, the conceptual hypothesis regarding the Personnel Management Information System to the Quality of Staff Administration Services in the Bandung City Spatial Planning Office can be said to be tested.
