Abstract
ABSTRACT Suklentiana, The effect of job culture and commitment employee toward , Employee Performance (Study on Board of Integrated Services and License in Bandung City) under guidance from Prof. Dr. H. Azhar Affandi, SE., M.Sc. The objective of this research is to investigate, analyze, and interpretation job culture and commitment employee Employee Performance at Board of Integrated Services and License in Bandung City. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method, with research characteristic descriptive and verification.. Sample used saturated sample, that is from total population 65 employees. The analysed data used path analysis technique to to explain the relationships and effect between the independent and dependent variables. The research concludes that: 1) Job culture have effect on performance employee with total effect 44,7%; 2) Commitment employee have effect on performance employee with total effect 28,1,%; and 3) as simuntanously that job culture and commitment employee have effect on performance employee with total effect 72,8%. Keywords : Job Culture, Commitment Employee, and Employee Performance.
