Abstract
ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF RUPIAH EXCHANGE RATE, INFLATION RATE, MONEY SUPPLY, EXPORT GROWTH, THIRD-PARTY FUNDS AND PROFIT SHARING ON TOTAL ISLAMIC BANKING FINANCING ABSTRACT Total financing is used as an indicator to see the ability of Islamic banking to carry out the intermediation function, namely collecting and distributing funds to the community. Changes in Islamic banking financing are suspected to be influenced by various factors, both from macroeconomic conditions and internal banking factors. Using annual secondary data obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis was carried out using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method to identify the long-term and short-term relationships between variables. The results of the study show that in the long term, the Rupiah Exchange Rate, the Money Supply (JUB), and the Third Party Fund (DPK) have a significant effect on the Total Islamic Banking Financing. Meanwhile, the Inflation Rate, Export Growth, and Profit Share did not show a significant influence. In the short term, the Rupiah Exchange Rate, Third Party Funds (DPK), and Profit Sharing have proven to have a significant effect, while the Inflation Rate, Money Supply (JUB), and Export Growth have no significant effect. In addition, the results of the simultaneous test showed that all independent variables together had a significant effect on the Total Islamic Banking Financing. The Adjusted R-Squared value of 0.998711 indicates that the 99.87% variation in Total Islamic Banking Financing can be explained by the variables used in the study. The results of the study show that Third Party Funds (DPK) are the most dominant factor in influencing Total Islamic Banking Financing. Improving the ability of Islamic banking to raise public funds is one of the important steps to encourage financing growth and strengthen the development of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia. Keywords: Total Islamic Banking Financing, Rupiah Exchange Rate, Inflation, Money Supply, Export Growth, Third-Party Funds, Profit Sharing, Error Correction Model (ECM)
