Abstract

ABSTRACT This research concerning the influence of product quality and sales promotion to purchase decision in Bandung Screamous Distribution. The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of product quality and sales promotion to purchasing decision, where product quality and promotion of sale as independent variable (X) and purchasing decision as dependent variable (Y). The research method used is descriptive and verification method with quantitative approach. The data used in this study is the result of data distribution of questionnaires on consumers who make purchases in Octopus Project. To be able to determine the effect of product quality and price to purchase decision used multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and t-test. By using multiple linear regression analysis obtained result Y = 1,399 + 0,362 X1 + 0,185 X2. This means that every product quality improvement of one unit will increase the purchase decision by 0.362, every increase of sales promotion for one unit will increase the purchase decision by 0.185. While the coefficient of determination research results of 68.4% and the rest influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.
