Abstract

This research is titled Role Of Brand Ambassador In Improving Customer Interest Wardah Cosmetic In University Islam Bandung (UNISBA). The research method used in this research is descriptive method of analysis with data collection techniques consisting of: literature study and field research. Field research consists of: observation, interview and questionnaire dissemination. Samples used are non-probability samples using purposivesampling technique. Then the data of respondents taken is 100 respondents who become research samples based on advice from mentor. Base on the results of this study concluded taht the Role Of Brand Ambassador In Improving Customer Interest Wardah Cosmetic In University Islam Bandung (UNISBA) lack of effectivebecause there are still some things taht sould be on notice and the increase is less interest to be brand ambassador, less than he makximun contribution to the brand ambassador for in promotion the brand, and lack of understanding to information about producks that have been in publish thought the media. Reccomendasi can be given as an input to the researcher to PT Paragon Technology and Innovation which is expected to maximize the role of the brand ambassador in promoting the brand, increase brand ambassador for young who are on the rise in the entertaiment, as well as add some infrmation about products, especially products skin care to more people know anything about the use of products in accordance with this type of skin.
