Abstract

The underlying question in this research is employee productivity Agency for Family Planning and Women's Empowerment Banjar, yet effective. This is caused by the discipline of work which has not run optimally by the National Family Planning and Women's Empowerment Kota Banjar The method used by researchers is descriptive analysis, a method that is describing a situation ongoing at the time the study was conducted, and how hubungannya.Data set is analyzed and compared with the existing theory and the problems that exist for the conclusions drawn. The research is the work discipline variables as independent variables and employee productivity as the dependent variable. Simultaneously that the discipline of work had considerable influence and significant impact on employee productivity Agency for Family Planning and Women's Empowerment Banjar, ie 69.4%. That is the work discipline can determine the achievement of employee productivity effectively in Family Planning Agency and the Empowerment of Women Kota Banjar. The findings of the study found also that the productivity of employees working in Family Planning Agency and the Empowerment of Women Kota Banjar was not only influenced by the work discipline alone, but there are other variables that also affect the productivity of the employees working at 30.6%. Partially labor discipline of employees have a positive and significant influence on the productivity of employees in the Agency for Family Planning and Women's Empowerment Banjar. This is reflected in the results of research which illustrates that the discipline of work as measured by the dimension of the rules and regulations, the dimension of sanctions for the breach, and the dimensions of development through training influence positively and significantly. The biggest influence on the discipline of work to employee productivity is the dimension of development through training ongoing 44.6%, while the smallest is the influence of the dimensions of giving sanctions for violators of 11.1%.
