Abstract
The industrial sector in West Java contributes significantly to the national economy, as half of the 82 largest industrial zones in Indonesia are located in West Java. Meanwhile, the Central Statistics Agency of West Java recorded the number of workers by main occupation in 2019, reaching 128,755,271 people, with 19,197,915 working in the industrial sector. The largest contribution in West Java is approximately 3,892,044 people. Performance assessment of employees is the main benchmark in human resource development, which will impact strategic decision-making. Currently, innovative employees are a very important asset that a company must have, and are a factor explaining the success of a business. This research explores the influence of knowledge sharing, talent management, and competence on innovative behavior in the textile industry of West Java using a quantitative approach by applying the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with AMOS technique for data analysis. A survey method was implemented by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees working in the textile industry of West Java. This research is inferential, aiming to understand how knowledge sharing, talent management, and competence influence innovative behavior.
