Abstract
This research is based on the quality of KIA making services that run less than optimal. This is due to the lack of accuracy of employees in printing. This study aims to determine the quality of KIA making services at Disdukcapil Bandung City. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. While data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. This data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of this data through triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the research obtained and reviewed from the dimensions of service quality according to Zeithaml, Parassuraman & Berry (in Hardiyansyah, 2011: 46), the quality of service for making KIA that runs less than optimal is less careful employees in printing.
