Abstract

This research is entitled “INSTAGRAM ON AN APPLICABLE MARKETING COMMUNICATION(Qualitative Descriptive Study of @nailsby.bilazahra Instagram)” This research has discussions on the use of Instagram social media as a medium of marketing communications carried out by the instagram account. Nails by Bila Zahra is one of the beauty salons in the district of Tambun South, Bekasi that managed to establish its own offline store because of its marketing on social media. The research is aimed at explaining how Nails by Bila Zahra used Instagram for his marketing activities.The theory used in this study is the Social Media Marketing theory with the AISAS Model where people who don't know become known, know become interested, interested become searching, searching be buying, buying be sharing. Researchers use descriptive qualitative methods to describe situations or facts that occur in a study. Data obtained in this study through interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of the research, Nails by Bila Zahra has already effectively used his Instagram as a means of marketing communication by posting content that matches his target audience, providing offers that make prospective customers interested in doing treatment in his salon, and collaborating with influencers to bring more audience Keywords: AISAS Model, Social Media Marketing, Instagram, Nails by Bila Zahra
