Abstract

The impact caused by the spread of Covid-19 also involves several aspects including economic, social, cultural, tourism and so on. The most severe impact in Sukabumi Regency itself is in terms of the tourism economy. This causes a decrease in visitors and impacts the resorts around the geopark. This research aims to find out the strategy that is used by Government (DISPARDA) in recovering Geopark Ciletuh and identify the efforts of local society in supporting the Government to recover tourist resort after pandemic era. This study uses a qualitative approach with an interview, observation and literature study methods. The Finding is, tourist destination after the pandemic has not been maximally carried out constrained by infrastructure, resources and capital are the homework of the government and local society in supporting the Government to recover tourist resort after pandemic era is quite good. Several programs and services developed are presented in the marketing mix strategy (product, price, place and promotion). However, in particular, more innovation is needed in developing products and services that suit the needs of the resort and local community.
