Abstract

In this research paper, the researcher discusses the behavioral changes of the female muslim main character named Nadia Shanaa by using the data source from the Spanish series entitled Elite by Carlos Montero. The purpose of this study is to find out the behavioral changes that have been carried out by the female main character "Nadia Shanaa". This research uses qualitative and descriptive methods. In addition, the theory used is the theory of personality development from Elizabeth Bergner Hurlock in her book Developmental Psychology. Morever for the literary theory, the researcher is using the Freytag Pyramid theory. The results of the research on the behavioral changes faced by the analyzed character, are obtained are as follows: Obedient became Rebellious and Honest became Liars. The conclusion of this study is that Nadia Shanaa’s personality has develop in the series as the series progressed. Keywords: Nadia Shanaa, Elite, Behavioral Changes, Personality Development
