Abstract
The character of local government’s public service in Indonesia is stigmatized to be rigid and inflexible. It, therefore, becomes a part of the responsibility of academia to contribute to solving the problems faced by the people and their milieu. Changes in character will be definitely difficult to be addressed to someone without preparing prospective workers for local government. Relating to this, it is logic that academic coaching and briefing need to be directed to high school children. One of the required knowledge is the technique of negotiation. Because negotiation is a form of social interaction when the parties involved in the problems reach an agreement through formal discussions. In this context, the devotion done by our team is strengthening negotiations technic soft skill of senior high school (SMA). Keywords: Strengthening Soft Skill, High School Students.
