Abstract
This research is based on the main problem, namely Motor Vehicle Testing in realizing Roadworthy Vehicles. It is assumed that there are still some problems in the implementation of the Motor Vehicle Testing Policy in realizing Roadworthy Vehicles in the City of Bandung. The opinion in this study on policy implementation is seen from the context of public policy and public administration as the main theory for developing public administration knowledge. The research objective is to analyze the Implementation of Motor Vehicle Testing Policy in realizing Roadworthy Vehicles in Bandung City. This study researchers used a qualitative approach and used descriptive methods. The general conclusion shows that the implementation of the Motor Vehicle Testing Policy at the Office of the Motor Vehicle Testing Unit of the Bandung City Transportation Agency is good, but there are still shortcomings. Repairing from an ineffective institutional aspect seen from a broad and heavy workload but insufficient authority and institutional position. Testing resources are lacking. There must be a strategy for implementing a motorized vehicle testing policy to run well. Key words: Implementation, Policy, Testing, Vehicles.
