Abstract
This increasing impetous medium Human Development Indeks (IPM) which is each other hook; correlates between educations, health, and public purchasing power. That is mean that leader claimed to be better in IPM compared to the public?, people. The Government has coped is serious to increase IPM, between it through improvement of education and expertise in each profession in all work fields. Education strata owned also claimed more proportionally at the same time professional. But why exactly highest leader in this country only qualified by a graduate High School? Anything its reason the think will only lead into stagnation or at least making profession its becomes unable to mean. The thing can generate idea at public?. People marrow that not too means higher education, important is who is the key position owner. So do a highest chief in this country which education only less than master might not too authoritative before the public?. People is especially before literature clan.
