Abstract
Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) is a small business group to improve income of the poor which was organized by Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, aimed to overcome poverty and group dynamic still need an improvement . The study location was KUBE in Cimahi City, Indonesia which produced shred fish. The research method was qualitative approach and informants were KUBE's leader and business advisor. Research findings showed:l) KUBE's member could not interact more each other and coordinate their efforts, 2) Leader have not yet reached a high performing, 3) Leader could not yet perform up to its true capabilities , 4) There were no control to members' behavior, and 5) Leader have not yet showed a high loyalty. The recommendation were : 1) Strengthening the capabilities of business advisor, 2) The business advisor should have an adequat e knowledge of entrepreneurship, 3) To cooperate with Corporate Social Responsibility to improve financial access.
