Abstract
Abstract This research based on main problem that is the low Employee Performance. This condition is predicted because of has not implemented of Bureaucratic Profesionalism aspects at Secretariat Agency of Tourism and Culture of West Java Province. The approach in this research about Bureaucratic Profesionalism and Employee Performance from public policy and public administration as master theory to develop science area of public administration. Research method is explanatory survey. This method used to explain social phenomenon which in this case used to check influence of Bureaucratic Profesionalism (X) as independent variable to Employee Performance (Y) as dependent variable. This research use quantitative analysis usage Path Analysis Method meant to know value of influence Bureaucratic Profesionalism variable to Employee Performance at Secretariat Agency of Tourism and Culture of West Java Province, either through simultan and also by parsial. Hereinafter this inferential research that Bureaucratic Profesionalism influentialy in significance to Employee Performance at Secretariat Agency of Tourism and Culture of West Java Province. That accross the board Bureaucratic Profesionalism has been executed and implemented as according to Employee Performance dimensions.
