Abstract

This study is based on concerns about the negative views of students on the subjects of mathematics, as well as the lack of variety of learning models are applied. Use of the application of cooperative learning model guided note taking (GNT) and the type of team assisted individulization (TAI) is expected to be about providing a new atmosphere and can solve the problem. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of cooperative learning model type of guided learning note taking and team assisted individulization on the ability of understanding and creative thinking mathematical students, describe students 'attitudes toward learning mathematics and students' attitudes toward learning model guided note taking and team assisted individulization. The method used in this study mix method. Population and sample in this study class XII SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin Cisurupan Garut three classes. Instruments used in this research is to test and non test. The test used is a test descriptions and non-test in the form of a scale of attitudes,observations, interviews with mathematics learning and teaching model type of guided note taking and team assisted individualization. Based on the analysis of research data obtained conclusions: (1) There are differences in understanding mathematical ability of students using cooperative learning model type of guided note taking, team assisted and conventional individulization. (2) The ability of students to use m cooperative models guided note taking better than students who received assisted learning individulization Team. (3) The ability of mathematical understanding of students using cooperative learning model type of guided note taking is better than students who use conventional learning. (4) The ability of mathematical understanding of students who got Team assisted learning individulization better than students who received conventional learning. (5) There are differences in mathematical creative thinking of students using cooperative learning guided note taking,team assisted individlization and conventional learning. (6) the ability of creative thinking of students using cooperative learning model guided note taking is better than students who use learning model team assisted individulization. (7) The ability to think creatively mathematical students using cooperative learning model guided note taking is better than students using conventional learning models. (8) the ability to think creatively mathematical model of teaching students who use Team Assisted indovidulization better than students who use conventional learning.
