Abstract

This study is based on the principal issue, namely the lack of performance of employees in a unit of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Banjar. An example of indirect activity report is made after the completion of the implementation of activities in the field, in addition to that field employees do not know what to do without any orders from superiors. The research method used was survey explanatory method. This method is used to explain social phenomena which in this case is used to examine the influence of transformational leadership (free variables) symbolized by X on performance clerk (variable) symbolized by Y. This research using quantitative analysis through the use of the method of path analysis (Path Analysis) which was intended to find out the magnitude of the influence of variables of transformational leadership on performance unit of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Banjar overall. The results showed that overall, the great influence of Transformational Leadership against the variable variable values visible Performance ρ2yx1. x 2. x 3. x 4 of 0.773 or 77.3% pales in transformational leadership is executed well will provide a positive impact, namely the performance will also be good. Partially the components of the Charism on performance or ρYX1. of 0.132. Intellectual stimulation Component partially on performance or ρYX2. of 0.225, partially Individual attention on performance or ρYX3. of 0.186. partially Inspiring Motivation on performance or ρYX4. of 0.230. This research it can be concluded that the most influential Transformational Leadership significantly to the performance of employees in a unit of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Banjar . Thus the Transformational Leadership is variable variables are important in improving the performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Banjar.
