Abstract
This research takes as its focus the major problem of low Organizational Performance Agency at Departments Cianjur Regency. Its thought to have been couse by Bureaucracy Attitude and Organizational Culture to Organizational Performance Departments Cianjur Regency not implemented yet. The approach taken in this research refers to the context of the Bureaucracy Attitude and Organizational Culture and also Organizational Performance as part of the scope of the Science of Public Administration. This research used method of qualitative descriptive analysis with technically analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), whereas population is Departments Cianjur Regency. The result of the research shows the need for the undertaking of further research regarding the need to optimalize the improvement of the influence of Bureaucracy Attitude and Organizational Culture to Organizational Performance of Departments Cianjur Regency as seen from the perspective of Public Administration. This is shown by the existence of different variables which influence Organizational Performance of Departments Cianjur Regency.
