Abstract

This research based on main problem, that is the low of Employee Performace. This conditionis predicted because of has not implemented of Controlling principles at Regional Development Planning Bodies of Banjar. Approach in this research about Controlling and Employee Performace from Public Policy and Public Administration as master theory to develop science area of public administration. Research method is explanatory survey. This method used to explain social phenomenon which in this case used to check influence of Controlling (X) as an independent variable to Employee Performace (Y) as a dependent variable. This research use quantitative analysis usage Path Analysis Method meant to know value of influence Controlling variable to Employee Performace at Regional Development Planning Bodies of Banjar, either through simultan and also by parsial. Hereinafter this inferential research that controlling influential in positive and significance to Employee Performace at Regional Development Planning Bodies of Banjar. That accross the board Controlling has been executed and implemented as according to Employee Performace factors. Keywords: public administration, controlling, employee performance.
