Abstract
This study, entitled The Effect of Democratic Leadership Style Head Against Employee Performance In Sub Langensari Banjar. The title decision motivated by the fact that, in the style of leadership of Head Langensari not been effective in boosting employee performance The unit of analysis in this study is a sub-district heads and their staffs in the district Langensari Banjar, so the census methods used in taking the sample. Meanwhile, to help in analyzing the data is then performed to camat depth interview. The method used is survey explanatory. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and data structured questionnaire with Likert Scale. Discussion of results of research is inferential statistics using frequency tabulation. The test results of the study using a statistical test and the Spearman rank correlation coefficient of determination. The results showed that the democratic leadership style Head has a significant and positive effect on employee performance in the district of Kota Banjar Langensari of 64.1% to the level of influence is quite strong. In an effort to improve the performance of employees in the district of Kota Banjar Langensari the Camats advised to pay more attention to aspects of subordinate leaders regarded as an integral component of the executor should be given the task and responsibility which is owned by the employee; and increase efforts direction and guidance to employees through persuasion.
