Abstract
ABSTRACT Investments in shares in the capital market requires some information to assist investors in making decisions . Efficient capital market is a market that reflects all relevant information on the price of the stock securities . The relevant information can be obtained from the fundamental performance of the issuer's financial and macroeconomic conditions. Therefore , the purpose of this research is to determine how much influence simultaneously and partially represented by the SBI interest rate and the inflation rate is associated with the movement of stock prices of mining companies the period 2010 - 2014. The results of this study prove that the interest rate and the inflation rate has significant influence to changes in the company's stock price of mining companies while partially only variable interest rates that have a significant effect . Keywords : stock prices , interest rates , inflation levels .
