Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran kemampuan penulis melaksanakan pembelajaran mengabstraksi teks negosiasi dengan menggunakan metode discovery learning untuk men getahui kemampuan siswa kelas X SM A PGRI 1 Bandung dalam mengabstraksi teks negosiasi. Perumusan masalah yang penulis ajukan adalah: a) M ampukah penulis melaksanakan pembelajaran teks negosiasi dengan menggunakan metode discovery learning ? ; b) Mampukah siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 1 Bandung mengabstraksi teks negosiasi dengan menggunakan metode discovery learning dengan tepat?; c) E fektifkah metode discovery learning di gunakan dalam pembelajaran mengabstraksi teks negosiasi pada siswa kelas X SM A PGRI 1 Bandung? . Hipotesis yang penulis rumuskan yaitu: a) Penulis mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran me ngabstraksi teks negosiasi dengan menggunakan metode discovery learning pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 1 Ba ndung Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 ; b) Siswa kelas X SM A PGRI 1 Bandung mampu mengikuti pembelajaran me ngabstraksi teks negosiasi dengan menggunakan metode discovery learning ; c ) Metode discovery learning efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran me ngabstraksi teks negosiasi pada siswa kelas X SM A PGRI 1 Bandung. Adapun hasil penelitiannya sebagai berikut. a) Penulis mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran mengabstraksi teks negosiasi dengan menggunakan metode discovery learning pada siswa kelas X . Hal ini terbukti dari hasil nilai ke giatan pembelajaran sebesar 3,6 1 . b) Siswa Kelas X mampu mengabstraksi teks negosiasi dengan menggunakan metode discovery learning . Hal ini terbukti dengan rata - rata nilai pretest 3 4,5 dan rata - rata nilai posttest yaitu 79,2 . Meningkat sebesar 44,7 . c) Metode discovery learning efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran mengabstraksi teks negosiasi dengan pada siswa kelas X . Hal ini terbukti dengan hasil uji statisti k t hitung >t tabel , yakni 79,2 > 34,5 dalam tingkat kepercayaan 95% dengan taraf signif ikan 5% dan derajat kebebasan 2 9 . Berdasarkan fakta - fakta tersebut, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa semua hipotesis yang penulis rumuskan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima. Kata kunci: M engabstraksi , Teks Negosiasi , Metode Discovery Learning . vii ABSTRACT This study aims to desciption a picture of the writer's ability to implement learning abstracting the negotiati ng text with the by using discovery learning methode to determine the ab ility of students of class X SMA PGRI 1 Bandung in abstracting the negotiating text with the text expo sition. Formulation of the problem that the authors ask is : a) Can the author i mplement learning activities abstracting the negotiating text using discovery learning method in class X SMA PGRI 1 Bandung?; b) Can the students of class X SMA PGRI 1 Bandung abstacting the negotiating text using discovery learning? c) Effective methods of discovery learning is applied in abstracting the negotiating text class X SMA PGRI 1 Bandung?. The hypothesis that the writer formulated as follows: a) The author i s a ble to carry out study abstr a cting the negotiating text using discovery learning method in class X SM A PGRI 1 Ban dung in academic year 2015/2016 ; b) The students of class X SMA PGRI 1 Bandung capable of following study compares the negotiating text u si ng discovery learning methods ; c ) Methods of discovery learning is effectively used in study comparing the negotiating text with th e text exposition in class X SMA PGRI 1 Bandung. The res ults of his research as follows . a) The author is a ble to carry out st udy abstracting the negotiating using discovery learning methods in class X. This is evident from the results o f the learning activity by 3.61 . b) Class X is able to abstracting the text negotiated u sing discovery learning methods . This is evidenced by the a verage value of 39.63 pretest and posttest score aver age is 79,2. Increased by 44,7 . c) Methods of discovery learning is eff ectively used in study abstracting the negotiating text in class X . This is evidenced by the results of statistical tests t count> t table, ie 79,2 > 34,5 in the 95% confidence level with a significant level of 5% and 29 degrees of freedom. Based on these facts, the authors conclude that all the hypotheses that the writer formulated in this study may be accepted. Keywords : Abstracting , Negotiate Text , Discovery Learning Methods .
