Abstract
The study was based on the following principal problem areas of coordination and lack of work ethic that still there are some employees who work less sincere less able to do its job properly. To finish the job, it should be directed and guided by his co-workers; there are some employees who are less have accuracy example in making monthly reports are not completed on time; so that the work be completed, there are some employees who arrive late and often absent from work for no apparent reason and their employees who are often absent when the working hours; Lack give satisfaction to other colleagues. The research method used is survey explanatory. The method is used to explain social phenomena which in this case is used to investigate the effect of coordination (independent variables) symbolized by X against the work ethic (the dependent variables)symbolized by Y. This study used quantitative analysis determine the magnitude of the effect of variable etose coordination of work in the village in Banjar, either simultaneously or partially. The results showed that simultaneous, big influence coordination variable to variable work ethic of 0.896 or 89,6% pales in good coordination will have a positive impact, which will also be a good work ethic, the partial absence of a leader who is responsible for the work ethic or pYX1.1 0,08, partially the on going process towards the work ethic or pYX1.2 0,136, partially structuring human resources of the work ethic or pYX1.3 of 229, partial service and quality of service to the work ethic or pYX1.4 amounted to 0,238, partial service and quality of service to the work ethic or pYX1.4 amounted to 0,293. It was concluded that the partially dimensions coordination consisting of the absence of a leader who is responsible (X1.1), the existence of a continuous process(X1.2), a concept set out in groups (X1.3), their harmony in achieving results (X1.4), and it likes a partnership of every component of the organization (X1.5) significantly affects the work ethic of employees at the Departemant of human settlements hygiene and environment spatial Banjar. However, the results showed a variation value is not equal between these dimensions impact on the quality of the employment. The results showed thet the dimensions of the harmony in achieving results (X1.4), a concept set out in groups (X1.3), the existence of a continuous proses (X1.2). While the dimensiona of the existence of a leader who is responsible (X1.1) have the most influence is small, it indicates that this dimension has not run optimally.
